DONATE TO HELP LAUNCH OUR MISSIONWe, together can ease the housing crisis to keep working artist and creative people in affordable places, and enhance the quality of living so they too can afford the time to give back and fulfill the circle of community.
Circle of Community, the interwoven part that connects us in the place we live. Multigenerational neighborhoods holding hands together, young and old. We create this through living trusts and gifts of property to be used to house the next generation of creatives and free thinkers and the doers in the cities we live. Life Estates open up tremendous opportunity to "pay it forward" and give to those priced out of the multi-million dollar price tags for homes. |
Hybrid model that bridges our two realities of the have and have not.
Since wealth has only trickled up and created a more loop-sided social structure, the middle class is almost non existent.
Due to our government's tax and make war policy, with bail outs of trillions for Wall Street over Main Street: corporate bankers bailed out at the expense of small businesses and mom and pop owners.
The ultimate destruction has been the Federal Reserve policies of printing money, creating wealth for the 10%, flooding that cheap money into housing... the ebb of inflated home prices, astronomical rental property prices, thus UNAFFORDABLE RENTS.
The result is the growing houseless, those who sleep in their cars after serving us dinner at the brew pub. The Patron class laments that their restaurants are short-staffed and they see Cook Needed signs. Stop asking why no one wants to work... itʻs because no service people can afford to live in the area. Housing is not in reach to those starting-out without assistance, nor for the artist who sacrifice everything to retain creative freedom.
